We are pleased to report that Asigno has successfully completed the adaptation of its IT systems to the first phase of implementation of the model established by Organic Law 1/2025, of 2 January, concerning the new organisational model of the judicial system, transforming the current Courts into Single Courts of First Instance and incorporating the new nomenclatures, which will allow us to direct writs and new lawsuits correctly to the corresponding judicial bodies under the new nomenclatures.
This process of adaptation has involved an exhaustive review of our internal procedures and technological systems, reaffirming our commitment to regulatory compliance, legal certainty and continuous improvement.
With this implementation, we are making progress in the consolidation of a more efficient and transparent corporate environment, aligned with the new legal obligations.
